Products
MPS offers the most innovative and revolutionary products available on the market today to help solve the problems associated with electrolysis on marine equipment. See below for information on our complete range of products to protect marine equipment from electrolysis.

Anode Meter
|
Marina Protection Systems' Anode Meter is used to see what is being sacrificed to ion transfer. Simple tests will determine if your vessel is passively eroding away anodes or corroding propellers, rudders, and suffering from electrolysis.
Several types of monitoring systems are available to suit all vessels. Portable technician kits (listed below), fixed LED display units and in a bar graph format for panel mounting.
Professional troubleshooters can use this identification system to control earth-leakage and electrolysis issues on all vessels that remain in the water.

Electrolysis Blocker
|
Winner 2002 AMIF Product Innovation Award
Marina Protection Systems' award winning Electrolysis Blocker is designed to address the corrosion problem that occurs when dissimilar vessel hulls and/or structured materials are electrically connected to a common ground.
When vessels are isolated from different electrical potentials, the electrical potential (emf.) is allowed to equalise, resulting in a mass decrease in the metal ion transfer rate (corrosion).
Note: Galvanic Isolators are now recommended in the latest AS/NZS standards.

Maddox Anodes
|
Winner 2007 AMIF Product Innovation Award
Maddox anodes are available in 3 sizes, 1.6kg for single prop vessels to 47ft, 2.5kgs for twin prop vessels to 47ft and 4.2kgs for larger vessels.
These anodes are specifically designed for glass, wood and carbon fibre vessels. Their unique design and composition allows for greater protection from the 3 major types of corrosion and in doing so delivers greater vessel performance and reduced maintenance costs.

Shaft Straps
|
The new improved MPS shaft strap delivers perfect protection to shafts and props due to being in contact with 1/2 the shaft at all times. They also greatly reduce running vibrations through removal of shaft anodes.
